Instructions to Proposer – General Terms & Conditions

Bank Depository Services / RFP: 26-001-10-06

Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed.  If you are the successful proposer, it will be required that “ Bank Depository Services” be provided as specified.

Sealed proposals will be received for “ Bank Depository Services” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto.

Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting proposals for Bank Depository Services .

Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposal responses addressed to Mrs. Cantu, Purchasing Manager, will be received until Monday, October 06, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ).  All proposal responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Purchasing Department, 1201 East 8 ^th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Proposal responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFP: 26-001-10-06 Bank Depository Services .   No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted.  Any RFP received after that time will not be opened and will be returned.  Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFP.

Pre-Proposal Conference : A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be conducted.

To view this solicitation, access Plans and Specifications, and submit a bid response, you must first register in the City’s bidding portal at https://cityofmission.procureware.com .
Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.

Potential proposers are asked to post their questions on our bidding portal under the tab labeled "Clarifications" under the relative project number.
