RFP - Backflow Testing of Residential Assemblies

Project Description: Herriman City is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide backflow testing services for City residents with underground sprinkling systems requiring a backflow preventer. This proposal will be valid for five years (5 years following the date of a fully executed agreement). The contact information, provided services, and cost for service of successful proposers will be made available to Herriman Residents.
