PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified organizations (Respondent) to provide Backcountry Trail Maintenance and Winter Nordic Grooming services.
PROPOSALS DUE: By Monday, November 24 at 2:00 p.m. Submit proposals electronically HERE via Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”), or via email to grant.herdrich@parkcity.gov for submission to U3P. The proposals will be opened after the submission deadline.
RFP AVAILABLE: The RFP will be available on Friday, November 7 on U3P. Any modifications to the RFP or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RFP posted on U3P. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to U3P by Thursday, November 20 at 2:00 p.m. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Round Valley Quinn’s Trailhead. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all Respondents. Requests for reasonable accommodation at the pre-proposal meeting shall be made no later than 48 hours in advance to the Project Contact above. Accommodation may include alternative formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids.
PROJECT LOCATION: Park City Municipal Corporation Trails & Open Space properties
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Year-round trail maintenance of Park City’s trail & open space inventory, including winter Nordic grooming in Round Valley and Bonanza Flat open space properties.
