Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Athletics is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive concessions and catering services for events held at VCU Athletics Facilities. This includes the Stuart C. Siegel Center and the newly constructed Soccer and Track & Field Stadium. Services will be required for VCU Athletics events and special events such as concerts and other university-hosted functions. This RFP outlines operational, performance, and financial expectations to ensure the successful delivery of services that enhance the fan and guest experience while meeting institutional compliance and revenue objectives. In addition, the selected vendor will be responsible for preparing and delivering catered meals for Athletics teams and other departmental functions. All catering ordered through the Athletics Department must be provided at cost, consistent with current practice. Proposals must demonstrate how the staffing plan will support this need.
