Description
: Fulton County, Georgia "County" is seeking proposals from qualified service providers from Barrow,
Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton,
Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Rockdale, Spalding, or Walton Counties to provide core
medical and support services for low-income Persons Living with HIV (PLWH) in the 20-county
Atlanta Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) via Ryan White Part A (RWPA) grant and from Cobb,
Clayton, DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett Counties for Persons Living with HIV (PLWH) regardless of
income via the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) grant.
