RFP 284 – AUDITING SERVICES

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Atlantic Cape Community College (“College”), 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330, is soliciting proposals for RFP 284 – Auditing Services.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the College’s Bonfire eProcurement Portal at:

Proposals will be received until May 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at which time submissions will be publicly opened in Room J202 at the Mays Landing campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ 08330.
All questions regarding this Request for Proposal must be submitted through the Bonfire portal. No direct contact with College staff is permitted in accordance with New Jersey Title 18A procurement requirements.
The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable federal and State of New Jersey laws and regulations, including, but not limited to:

The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the College, in accordance with applicable law.
All awards are subject to approval by the Atlantic Cape Community College Board of Trustees.
