REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE
RFP No. 2024-13

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Guthrie will be accepting sealed Proposals for the purpose of obtaining a qualified Certified Public Accountant to perform the audit of the financial statements of the City and its related component units as outlined in the proposal.

Proposals must be received in the City Clerk’s Office, Guthrie City Hall, 101 N. 2nd Street, Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044, no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 9, 2024.  Failure to deliver Proposal on time will result in rejection of the Proposal.

Requests for Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked the outside envelope as follows:

The City of Guthrie reserves the right to waive informalities in the proposals and reject any or all proposals for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the City.
