Notes	NOTE: *If your company was previously awarded under RFP #21-78-892 or RFP #21-78-892(A) Athletic Supplies, Accessories & Services and received an award letter then you are not required to submit a response to this RFP #21-78-892(B). Irving Independent School District is seeking to retain highly qualified vendors to provide Athletic Supplies, Accessories and Services. The term of award will be for a one (1) year period with an option to renew for one (1) additional 12 month period, for a maximum of two (2) years. These supplies and services shall be purchased on an "AS NEEDED" basis, with Irving ISD making the sole determination of need. Multiple vendor awards are anticipated to provide the district with a variety of resources for needed services. Purchase orders will be sent to suppliers on an "as needed" basis to provide supplies, accessories and service. We encourage you to view this bid proposal and respond if you provide any of the services listed in this RFP. Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit electronically. Please feel free to call us if you require any assistance with this submittal.
