Description
Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) and its affiliated entities are requesting proposals from C33 licensed painting contractors for interior as-needed painting for different residential properties throughout the City of Alameda. This Request for Proposal (RFP) may identify one or more contractors. All Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within this document in its entirety. Services are required to restore painting at the units to a clean, uniform, and rentable condition following tenant move-out.
