RFP #2386-01 AS-NEEDED LICENSED SITE PROFESSIONAL (LSP) SERVICES

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA or “the Authority”) is seeking a qualified environmental consultant (Consultant) to provide As-Needed Licensed Site Professional (LSP) services, and other environmental services, for the BHA’s federal developments and its planned redevelopment properties. The selected firm will conduct LSP services and other environmental services on an as-needed basis under a four (4) year base contract term beginning upon receipt of the BHA’s Notice to Proceed. The total value of the contract for the base contract term is estimated to be $1,000,000. The BHA reserves the right to extend the contract time and/or increase the total contract amount.
Proposers shall submit their proposals to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, no later than 2:00 PM on Friday October 10th, 2025, by mail or hand delivery. Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposer’s name, address, and telephone number. The Proposer is required to submit the fee and non-fee portions of the proposal under separate covers.
