Pre-proposal Conference A pre-proposal conference will be held 2:30 PM Local Time on November 18, 2024
ARRC seeks to retain a firm to provide Roadway Worker In-Charge (“RWIC” or “Flagging”) on an on-call basis. RWIC services will be coordinated through ARRC’s Right-of-Way (ROW) Department for both ARRC and third-party activities on ARRC ROW.
