Excavator must be a minimum of 145 HP and equipped with a dirt and rock bucket or a grapple attachment.

Excavator must be a minimum of 145 HP and equipped with a hoe-ram/rock hammer/impact breaker with minimum 5000ft/lbf (Impact Energy Class).

Excavator must be a minimum 150 HP and equipped with a minimum 60 ft long reach boom with 1 CY minimum bucket.

Tandem Dump Truck with Operator. Dump truck must be a minimum tandem axle with a minimum 15 CY capacity bed, for On/Off Highway use.

Dozer must be a minimum of 80 HP equipped with an angle/tilt corner cutting blade.

Dozer must be a minimum 125 HP equipped with an angle/tilt corner cutting blade

Skid Steer must be equipped with tracks and available attachments, including bucket, forks, grapple, and milling.

Light Plant must have a minimum of 4 lights, able to extend a minimum of 30 feet from the ground level, and diesel powered.

Grinding Attachment must have a minimum of 4 foot working width to be used to grind bushes, tree limbs, and trees up to 5 inches in diameter. Attachment to be used with Line Item 3 when needed.

Motor Grader must be a minimum of 125 HP equipped with a minimum 12 foot mold board.

Truck must be a minimum 3/4 ton, 4WD, and be equipped with flashing safety lights for following motor grader during snow and ice events.

Articulating Style Wheeled Loader with a minimum 3.5 CY Bucket.
