NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25262019 – Appraisal Review Services for AMATS: Northern Lights Blvd-Minnesota Dr to Seward Hwy Sidewalk

The Contractor shall provide appraisal review services for AMATS: Northern Lights Blvd-Minnesota Dr to Seward Hwy Sidewalk. The initial services in this contract will be for the south portion of the AMATS: N. Lights Blvd – Minnesota Dr – Seward Hwy Sidewalk replacement project (parent project 0001693 / CFHWY00713).  This initial project work is known as AMATS: Northern Lights Blvd Sidewalk Repairs – Phase 1 project, project numbers 0001823 / CFHWY01391.  It is the Contracting Agency’s intention to add review appraisal services and related negotiated compensation for the north side of the parent project to this agreement at a later date, once the existing design hold has been resolved.  Project Name and Project Numbers relating to the north side improvements are to be determined.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2025 to June 2027.  Cost of these professional services is between $50,000 and $100,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than October 7, 2025 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
