NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25262012 – Appraisal Review Services for Knik Goose Bay Rd Reconst, MP 0.3 to 6.8 Centaur Ave to Vine Rd and Vine Rd to Settlers Bay Dr

The Contractor shall provide appraisal review services for two projects – Knik Goose Bay Rd Reconstruction MP 0.3 to 6.8 Centaur Ave to Vine Road (0525016/Z524640000) and Knik Goose Bay Rd Reconstruction Vine Road to Settlers Bay Drive (Z517170000).

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2025 to June 2027.  Cost of these professional services is between $100,000 and $150,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than August 14, 2025 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
