Solicitation Description:

Texana Center is seeking qualified organizations orindividuals to provide focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services toindividuals between the ages of 3-15 years old. This RFP is issued to identifyexperienced and capable professionals who can meet the organization’s needs andobjectives related to the provision of ABA services in one or more of thefollowing counties: Austin, Brazoria, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris,Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller, and Wharton.

Scope of work to include:

· Assessment, Treatment, and TransitionServices – conducting assessment, treatment, and transition services toindividuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according torules established by both HHS Children’s Autism Program and Texana Center.

· Coordination of Services – receiving,completing, and submitting required documentation (intake, billing, etc.) toTexana Center personnel in a timely manner.
