RFP 24-25-32 Annual Contract for Analytical Laboratory Services Deadline: 11/13/2025 @ 3:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide analytical laboratory services for the City's Water Reclamation Facility. The initial contract shall be for a 12-month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
