REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (“RFP”) FOR DIGITAL WALLET PROCESSING SERVICES ON BEHALF OF THE OHIO BOARD OF DEPOSIT
On July 8, 2025, the Ohio Treasurer of State’s Office (the “Treasurer’s Office”), as administrative agent for the Ohio Board of Deposit (“BOD”), will issue an RFP for Digital Wallet Processing Services. The RFP will be made available by direct request. Respondents interested in receiving the RFP may request a copy by emailing RFP2025@tos.ohio.gov . Respondent submissions must be received by the Treasurer’s Office no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 19, 2025. Submission instructions will be outlined in the RFP. Any responses received after the submission deadline will be rejected.
The Treasurer’s Office requests proposals from financial institutions, issuers of financial transaction devices, and/or processors of financial transaction devices that desire to provide processing of electronic payments and/or transfers of funds, including conversion into U.S. dollars as needed, to any state elected official or state entity.
This notice is meant for publication purposes only. Any interested respondents must comply with all submission requirements as detailed in the RFP.
