RFP# 2026-0200-0169/02-106-26 Vehicle License Plates & Registration

The Department of Administration, Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), is soliciting proposals for qualified offerors to produce and distribute License Plates, Registration Tabs, Decals, and Registration Cards, including fulfilling online registration renewals and duplicate requests for various vehicle types. DMV may award one contract or multiple contracts to ensure complete fulfillment of all deliverables.

The DMV intends to offer its services through one of two fulfillment models:

1. Bulk Delivery Fulfillment Model: License Plates, Tabs, and Decals are shipped in bulk to DMV offices for in-person distribution (with some central issuance functions retained).
2. Central Issuance Model: License Plates, Tabs, and Decals are mailed directly to customers by the vendor.

Last Day for Question Submittal: April 9, 2026

Deadline for Receipt of Proposal/Proposal Due Date: April 17, prior to 2:00:00 P.M. AKST
