SUMMARY: The State of Alaska, Department of Health, Division of Public Health, Section of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion is seeking a contractor to provide analytic and evaluation support for the section. The overarching goal is to assist the section in the collection, management, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of high-quality data and information related to chronic disease, injury, and substance misuse to enable the monitoring of these health conditions and the development and improvement of related prevention and health promotion programs.
