Description:

The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified private firm to provide ammonia-based ice refrigeration system preventative maintenance, scheduled service, installation, repair, on an on-call and as-needed basis for its Everett Arena.

Qualifications:
The contractor shall:
i. Be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized vendor of the OEM for the Arena’s equipment.
ii. Have factory trained technicians with CRST/CIRO/IIAR certifications, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of maintenance and care of the Arena’s ice refrigeration system.
iii. All items are to be performed by a licensed/certified ammonia machinery mechanic familiar with the refrigerant and ice rinks.
iv. Be fully competent in all areas of ammonia-based ice refrigeration systems installation, testing, maintenance, and repairs.
v. Be engaged in the business of providing full time installation, repair, inspection and testing services for ammonia-based ice refrigeration systems.
vi. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing service and installation of ammonia-based ice refrigeration systems.
vii. Have the ability to respond to an emergency service call within two (2) hours, and routine service calls within five (5) business days.
viii. Provide resumes and training certificates of technicians.
