RFP - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan
The City of Dixon is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to compile and implement a comprehensive Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan (ADA Transition Plan) for City programs, facilities, parks, parking lots, streets, intersections, and sidewalks. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to secure the most qualified consultant to perform field investigations within the City right‐of‐way and of City facilities, evaluate City policies and programs, and prepare an ADA Transition Plan in order to identify obstacles limiting accessibility, describe methods to improve accessibility, and specify a schedule for achieving ADA compliance.
