Project Description: Allegheny County (“the County”) is issuing a Banking, Treasury, Custodial, Lockbox, and Merchant, and Payment Execution Services Request for Proposal (RFP). The County wishes to receive bids for these services in order to ensure it receives the best pricing, adopt the most current technology, leverage exceptional service capabilities, utilize any available interest-earning opportunities, minimize process errors, reduce costs, and streamline the account structure where possible.
