The solicitation will not be provided in eVA and will only be provided in the City of Alexandria's vendor self-service (VSS) system. The City has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to solicit Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers for:(i)the provision of three (3) senior center congregate meal programs (each herein after referred to as a âsenior centerâ or âcentersâ or individually as the West End Center, the East End Center, or the Adult Day Services Center), and (ii) home delivered meals to qualifying residents of the City.
