The purpose of these specifications, terms, and conditions is to outline the requirements for a unified countywide mass notification system for Marin County and its 11 cities, which will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (24x7x365) utilizing a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Marin County intends to award a three-year contract, with an option to renew for an additional two years, to the Bidder selected as the most responsible, whose proposal meets the requirements outlined in the RFP and aligns with the County’s needs. The County is open to accepting proposals from multiple vendors and awarding separate contracts.
