RFP Alcoholic Beverage Concessionaire for Festivals and Special Events

Project Description: The City of Richardson, hereinafter referred to as “the City,” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Concessionaire”) with demonstrated experience in the operation and management of alcoholic beverage concession services at festivals and special events under a revenue-sharing agreement. The selected Concessionaire shall be responsible for the complete operation and management of the alcoholic beverage concession program, including all staffing, permitting, licensing, inventory, equipment, point-of-sale operations, compliance, and other services necessary to provide a safe, efficient, and successful program at each designated event.
