RFP: AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-202X / CFAPT01333 - ANC Gate B6 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement Design-Build

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC Gate B6 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement Design-Build, Program Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-202X / CFAPT01333, will be received before 4:00 p.m., October 3, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to replace the existing passenger boarding bridge (PBB) located at Gate B6 in the South Terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project Substantial Completion Date will be December 31, 2026.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Meet on the ground floor at the elevator to the Airport Administrative Offices lobby (elevator at north end of the South Terminal building) to be escorted through the work areas. Bring a safety vest. Contact the Project Manager Ashley DeVore at ashley.devore@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
