RFP: AIP 3-02-0096-XXX-2026 / NFAPT01177 - FAI Terminal Bathroom Remodel Design-Build

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for FAI Terminal Bathroom Remodel Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0096-XXX-2026 / NFAPT01177, will be received before 4:00 p.m., August 20, 2026 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services to remodel bathrooms on the first and second floors of the terminal building at Fairbanks International Airport in Fairbanks, Alaska.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Substantial Completion date will be May 15, 2027.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Thursday August 6, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Meet at the Airport Administrative Offices entrance on the first floor of the FAI terminal near the Delta Airline ticket counters to be escorted through the work areas. Contact the Project Manager Jeremy Langton at jeremy.langton@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
