RFP: AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2026 / CFAPT01119 - ADA ANC & Visual Paging Upgrades Design-Build

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC ADA & Visual Paging Upgrades Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2026 / CFAPT01119, will be received before 4:00 p.m., March 4, 2026 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to construct ADA upgrades and a new ADA-compliant Visual Paging System at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. All work will be completed within the South Terminal, North Terminal, Ground Transportation Lobby, Rental Car Facility access tunnel, and, if included as an authorized enhancement, the Terminal Connector facility.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be March 15, 2028.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
