RFP: AIP 3-02-0016-239-2025 / CFAPT01316 - ANC Gates N3 and N5 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Design Build

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC Gates N3 and N5 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-239-2025 / CFAPT01316, will be received before 4:00 p.m., May 15, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to construct two new apron drive passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) located at Gates N3 and N5, and install a new 400 Hz Ground Power Unit (GPU) for Gate N5, in the North Terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project Substantial Completion Date will be March 13, 2026.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday April 30, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Meet in the North Terminal lobby near the polar bear to be escorted through the work areas. Bring a safety vest and hard hat as there is active construction occurring on the North Terminal apron. Please contact the Project Manager, Ashley DeVore, at ashley.devore@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.
