The CITY OF EAST ORANGE is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(k), et seq. for COST ESTIMATING SERVICES to fulfill the LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY HOMES GRANT PROGRAM to residents of the City of East Orange.
The contractors must be qualified as List of Certified Lead Abatement Contractors by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:17.
Proposals will be received by the City of East Orange electronically through the City’s OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/governments/10682973/projects/156091/manage
Proposals are due before 11:00 am on September 16, 2025.
