The Town of Superior, Colorado (Town) is seeking Proposals from qualified consultants (Consultant) experienced and interested in providing pre-approved ADU architectural plans suitable for Superior’s lot constraints, including a minimum of one accessible or visitable ADU. This is part of the Town’s Building Together Initiative, funded through the Town’s Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant (ADUG).
