The Town of Superior, Colorado (Town) is seeking Proposals from qualified consultants (Consultant) experienced and interested in developing a pilot incentive program that uses a combination of fee waivers and construction cost reimbursements to encourage the use of the Town’s pre-approved ADU plans as well as the construction of ADUs. This is part of the Town’s Building Together Initiative, funded through the Town’s Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant (ADUG).
