This RFP is the intention of the Lone Star College System ("LSCS" or "The System") to purchase Water Treatment Services.

The contract period for this service contract shall be for three (3) years with the option of renewing the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at LSCS’s discretion and by Contractor’s mutual written consent as evidenced in writing by a fully executed renewal letter signed by both parties. Contract terms will be governed by the provisions of this RFP, all information attached here including bidders’ responses, and final LSCS Board of Trustees approval.

LSCS reserves the right to award all campuses to one vendor or to multiple contractors on a campus-by-campus basis, by services, or as deemed necessary to attain the “best value” by LSCS. Additional sites may be added as required by college growth.
