Please be advised that the RFP 2026-04 has been revised to change the closing date. All
proposals must be sealed and arrive at City Hall by 2:00 PM EST on April 3, 2026, in order to be
considered. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered.
Proposals, or unsolicited amendments to proposals, arriving after the closing date and time will
not be considered.
Regardless of cause, a late proposal will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified
from further consideration.
