The City clarifies that proposers may submit proposals for Bid Alternate 1 without submitting a
Base Bid.
Bid Alternates 2 and 3 are accessory improvements and will only be evaluated and considered
for award in conjunction with an awarded Base Bid or Bid Alternate 1.
The City reserves the right to award the Base Bid, Bid Alternate 1, any combination of alternates,
or to reject any or all proposals, in the best interest of the City.
