This Addendum provides a response to the following question:
Deadline for Sealed RFP submission to the First Selectman’s Office shall remain
12:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
QUESTION
1. Can I contact the current/former food and bar service provider (Blackbird Bar &
Restaurant)?
Answer: Yes. You may contact Adam Zaka at 203-249-0534. If a respondent
wishes to propose a cross-marketing arrangement, joint venture, license, sublease
or the like, the respondent should be sure to describe the details of the
arrangement in its proposal.
