The purpose of this Addendum Number 1 is as follows:

November 26, 2024             Post eVA advertisement

December 2, 2024               Initial Pre-Proposal Meeting at 11:00 AM

December 12, 2024             Follow-up Pre-Proposal Meeting at 11:00 AM (The meeting will be held in the Administration Conference Room, 2 ^nd floor of Town Hall located at 100 East Main Street, Christiansburg, Virginia.)

Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is highly encouraged but not mandatory. To join the meeting virtually, please request an invitation from the Project Coordinator:

December 20, 2024             Last day to submit RFP questions by 3:00 PM

December 30, 2024             Responses to all questions posted on eVA and the Town’s web site.

January 6, 2025                  Competing Proposals Due @ 11:00 AM (The remainder of the Town’s schedule meeting Virginia Public Procurement Act requirements will be discussed at the Follow-up Pre-Proposal Meeting.
