REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ADA SELF-EVALUATION AND TRANSITION PLAN

The Merced County Department of Public Works requests Proposals from ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition firms to provide services for the ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Project in Merced County. Proposals will be received until 4:00 PM, January 27, 2022 at the Department of Public Works located at 345 West 7th Street, Merced California 95341.

Proposals, in order to received consideration, shall be made and submitted in accordance with the requirements and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP) dated December 23, 2021, and any such Addenda thereto as may be issued prior to the submittal date.

The Proposals of any firm who has previously violated the terms of Federal Labor Laws, and who has not been cleared of such violations, will not be considered. Also, any sub-consultant under him under the same circumstances will not be accepted for consideration.

The Department of Public Works hereby notifies all applicants that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or other protected status in consideration for an award.
