RFP 20262021 ADA PARATRANSIT FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT, ELIGIBILITY AND RECERTIFICATION SERVICES

Project Description: TARC is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to manage and execute a comprehensive ADA Paratransit Functional Assessment, Eligibility and Recertification Services. In strict accordance with 49 CFR Part 37 and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, the selected Contractor will provide functional assessments, application processing, and recertification services. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring a defensible, consistent, and person-centered certification process that upholds TARC’s commitment to regulatory compliance and equitable transit access.
TARC seeks and intends to award a minimum of six (6) months and up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months with no optional term to the highly qualified professional firm(s) and best value proposal.
