The Town of Purcellville, Virginia (the âTownâ) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms and/or individuals to provide the Town with general legal counsel services. The Town intends to consider firms and/or individuals who possess the professional and administrative capabilities to provide the scope of services detailed below. Firm(s) and/or individuals will be responsible for providing general legal counsel for the Town on various legal matters including, but not limited to, conflict of interests, legislation, procurement, easements, government regulations, parliamentary procedure, contracts, land use and planning, construction and development, employment and personnel, and public utilities.
