- Preparation of Proposal (required forms, etc.).
- MATA provided red & white Bid/Proposal label must be attached to the exterior of the bid
envelope.
- Date and Receipt of Bids Monday, June 1, 2026, 11:00 a.m. local time. MATA will not
receive proposals after this date and time.
- Common Problems with Proposal Submittals.
Procedure for Questions and Clarification - Ashley Best, Manager of Purchasing.
All Questions asked in today's meeting, must be re-submitted in writing to Ashley Best.
E-mail all questions and clarification requests to abest@matatransit.com. Any questions
answered here shall not be deemed MATA's official word.
- Please put the RFP Number you are inquiring about in the subject line: Be concise and
precise when you phrase your question, we will be re-posting, verbatim.
- Do not call MATA, the Project Manager or the Contract Administrator via phone with any
questions, we will not be able to answer any verbally.
- All questions and clarifications will be addressed by "Question & Answers" and any
changes made to the procurement prior to award will be addressed by Addenda to the
proposal documents. Cut-off date for questions and clarification requests is May 14, 2026,
11:00 a.m. local time.
