The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the design of a new elementary school for prekindergarten through grade 5 located in the northern end of the county to replace the existing Westside Middle School in accordance with the Scope of Work section of the solicitation.
