Project Description: The City of Yuma (City) is accepting offers for the purchase and future commercial development of a 0.535-acre (23,322 square feet) City-owned parcel (694-29-009) located at 2390 W. 32nd Street, Yuma, Arizona. While currently located within Yuma County’s jurisdiction, the property will be annexed into the City of Yuma and zoned General Commercial (B-2) upon annexation. The return of this City-owned parcel to the tax rolls will be in the best interest of the City, as the property is no longer necessary for municipal use. Development of the site will support the City’s economic growth objectives by providing opportunities for commercial services to benefit the community and surrounding area.
