REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST
SW-46C CEI Services for Hillandale Road Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvements
The City of Durham will accept Letters of Interest submittals from Bidders until 4:00 PM on
Wednesday, June 10, 2026, for Contract SW-46C "CEI Services for Hillandale Road
Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvements". This is a Request for Letters of Interest (RFLOI)
from qualified firms to provide CEI services including construction administration, testing,
and inspection for a federally funded project for the construction of new sidewalks and
pedestrian improvements on Hillandale Road.

PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE
The virtual pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, for
which the details will be provided 24 hours in advance, in the project webpage:
LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids
must include a non-collusion affidavit.
