Description View Changes

Amendment 5 (11 Apr 2024) - The purpose of this amendment is to add providsion 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal. The Statement of Work and Salient Characterstics have been revised to reflect acceptance of equal items.

Amendment 4 (28 Mar 24) - The solicitation is amended to add site visit information and Attachment 4 - Base Pass Information Spreadsheet. The solicitation due date is extended to allow enough coordination for base passes. Please submit information for the individuals attending the site visit in an expedited manner to allow Security Forces additional time to process the passes. Note that there will be three different locations for the site visit.

Amendment 3 (22 Mar 24) - The solicitation is amended to extend the RFQ due date to allow additional time to provide answers to the questions that have been submitted.

Amendment 2 (13 Mar 24) - The solicitation is amended to remove the option to conduct a site visit for the following reasons: The Security Forces Squadron is severely undermanned and the estimated time to process bases passes has been extended to a minimum of 10 business days or further. Additionally, due to the requirement involving multiple sites, coordination is needed across multiple parties. This will impact fullfilling the requirement in a timely manner. Furthermore, it was determined by the end user that considering the scope of the requirement a site visit will not be needed and pictures can be provided if requested.

Amendment 1 (7 Mar 24)- The purpose of this amendment is to modify the RFQ to establish a site visit on 14 March 2024, change the date of questions due from 8 March 2024 to 15 March 2024, extend the RFQ due date from 15 March 2024 to 22 March 2024, upload a Base Pass Request attachment, and change the contract specialist POC from SSgt Fahim Rahman to SSgt Carlos Castillo.
