Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed.  If you are the successful bidder, it will be required that “ Shary Golf Course Food Truck and Concession Vendor” be provided as specified.

Sealed bids will be received for “ Shary Golf Course Food Truck and Concession Vendor” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto.

Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting quotes for Shary Golf Course Food Truck and Concession Vendor.

Bid Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Monday, June 01, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ). All quote responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 ^th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFIB: 26-473-06-01 Shary Golf Course Food Truck and Concession Vendor .   No late arrivals will be accepted.  Any RFIB received after that time will not be opened and will be returned.  Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFIB.

Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
