Frederick County, Maryland is soliciting information from potential respondents for RFI #602 Utility Bill Processing.  The Office of Procurement and Contracting is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information related to Utility Bill Processing.

The County is open to all solution ideas and information.  Respondents are encouraged to provide any information to assist the County and better define the solicitation requirements.  This RFI process will include an on-site presentation.  Participation is voluntary and shall be at no expense to the County.

Submission: Vendors are invited to provide information to the County by appointment only.  Please contact Buyer no later than 4:00 PM on May 12, 2026, at bstieg@frederickcountymd.gov to schedule a one-hour time slot on June 8, 2026, or June 9, 2026.
