Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Bids will be
received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Bid:
The City of Asheville, a North Carolina municipality, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to
conduct a Request for Information (RFI) regarding Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to replace
its current on-premise Tyler Munis system. The City is seeking information on two solution areas: (1) an
integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform
supporting Finance, Payroll, and HR functions, and (2) a separate Customer Information System (CIS)
for Water/Sewer Utility Billing, meter operations, and field maintenance. Vendors are invited to review
the full RFI documents and submit information on product capabilities, implementation approach, and
budgetary estimates

This is the official source of this solicitation. All updates to this solicitation shall come in the form of
published addenda and shall be published to the same location. The City will not be responsible
for full or partial sets of Bid Documents including any addendum obtained from any other
source.
The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
