The Public Utility Commission ofTexas (PUCT) intends to administer the Texas Backup Power Package (TBPP)portion of the Texas Energy Fund (TxEF) through a program in which eligibleCritical Facilities (TBPP Applicants) contract with PUCT-approved vendors tomeet TBPP requirements. In furtherance of this arrangement, the PUCT intendsto post a solicitation seeking a pool of qualified vendors (vendors) to providefull-service consultation, design, manufacturing, procurement, constructioninstallation, and maintenance of TBPP systems to approved TBPP Applicants.
