The Rhode Island State Police (RISP) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the customization, design, manufacture, and supply of a custom-designed external (outer) uniform vest carrier, a custom-designed uniform base layer shirt/polo, both short sleeve & long-sleeved, a custom-designed uniform pant/trouser.
